1. Additional Data We Collect

2. End-Customer Data
Important: When we fulfill orders, we receive your end-customer's shipping information (name and address) through the Shopify integration. We use this data solely for shipping fulfillment and do not:
- Contact your customers directly
- Market to your customers
- Share customer data with third parties (except shipping carriers)
- Store customer data beyond what is needed for shipping and order records
You remain the data controller for your end-customers. It is your responsibility to have an appropriate privacy policy on your store.
3. Shopify API Integration
Our Shopify app requests the following permissions: read/write products (to sync catalog), read/write orders (to process fulfillment), read shipping details (to generate labels). We do not access your Shopify store's customer accounts, payment information, or other apps' data. You can revoke our app access at any time through Shopify's app settings.
4. Data Sharing
- Shipping Carriers: End-customer shipping addresses and package details for delivery
- Chinese Suppliers: Product specifications for procurement (no customer data shared)
- Shopify: Fulfillment status and tracking information pushed back to your store
5. Data Retention
