Cosmic Trading's full Refund Policy applies along with the dropshipping-specific conditions below.
1. Subscription Refunds
| Scenario | Refund |
|---|---|
| Cancel before billing cycle ends | No refund for current period; access continues until period ends |
| Cancel within 24 hours of first subscription | Full refund (if no products imported or orders placed) |
| Plan downgrade | Takes effect next billing cycle; no partial refund |
| Platform outage >48 hours | Pro-rated credit for affected days |
Unused monthly product import credits do not roll over and are non-refundable.
2. Order Fulfillment Refunds

| Order cancelled before fulfillment begins | Full refund of product + shipping cost |
| Order cancelled after fulfillment started | No refund |
| Wrong product shipped (our error) | Full refund or free re-shipment |
| Product quality issue / defective | Full refund or replacement (with photo evidence) |
| Package lost in transit | Full refund of product + shipping |
| Package damaged in transit | Full refund (claim within 48 hours with photos) |
| Delivery delay | No refund (delays beyond our control) |
| Wrong address provided by you | Re-shipping cost is your responsibility |
| End-customer return/complaint | Your responsibility; we assist with supplier returns where possible |
3. End-Customer Returns
As a dropshipping platform, we fulfill orders to your customers. End-customer returns and complaints are your responsibility to manage through your store's own policies. However, we will assist you with:
- Supplier negotiations for defective products
- Re-shipment of replacement items (at cost)
- Photo/video evidence from QC for dispute resolution
4. How to Request a Refund
- Log in to the dropship platform or contact support@cosmictrd.com
- Provide order number and detailed reason
- Include photos/screenshots for quality or damage claims
- Review within 3-5 business days
- Approved refunds processed to platform wallet within 7-14 business days
