1. Services Provided

The CosmicTRD Dropship platform provides: a curated catalog of 500+ trending products sourced from China, one-click product import to your Shopify store via our Shopify app integration, automated order fulfillment from our China warehouse, quality control inspections on all products, and international shipping to your customers worldwide.

2. Subscription Plans

Dropshipping services are offered through monthly subscription plans (Starter, Growth, and Enterprise). Each plan has specific product import limits, fulfillment allowances, and feature access. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled before the billing date. Plan features and pricing are subject to change with 30 days notice.

3. Product Information

While we make every effort to ensure product listings are accurate, product images, descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice based on supplier conditions. We do not guarantee that any product will remain in our catalog indefinitely. Retail pricing shown is a suggested retail price — you are free to set your own pricing on your store.

4. Fulfillment & Shipping

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Shipping Time: Varies by destination and method — Express (5-10 days), Standard (15-25 days), Economy (25-40 days). Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for carrier delays, customs holds, or force majeure events.

5. Your Responsibilities

• Setting appropriate retail prices and managing your store's profitability
• Providing accurate customer shipping addresses
• Managing your own store's customer service, return policy, and complaints
• Complying with Shopify's terms of service and applicable e-commerce regulations
• Not misrepresenting product origin, materials, or capabilities to your customers
• Ensuring products comply with import regulations in the destination country

6. Intellectual Property

Product images and descriptions provided through our platform are licensed for use on your connected Shopify store only while your subscription is active. You may not redistribute catalog content to third parties, competitors, or other platforms without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for: your store's sales performance or profitability, Shopify platform issues or policy changes, end-customer complaints or chargebacks on your store, customs seizures or import restrictions in destination countries, or marketplace suspensions resulting from your business practices. Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees you paid in the preceding 3 months.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you use our platform to sell prohibited or illegal items, engage in fraudulent activity, violate Shopify's terms, repeatedly provide false shipping information, or fail to pay subscription fees. Termination results in immediate disconnection of the Shopify app integration.
